Doctoral Consortium

The OSWC Doctoral Consortium provides an opportunity for promising doctoral scholars to receive constructive feedback on their research and engage with leading scholars in organization science.
The consortium will bring together approximately 30 mid- to late-stage doctoral students for an interactive program of paper discussions, scholarly exchange, and engagement with peers and senior faculty.
How to apply
Applicants should submit a CV and a 3–5-page double spaced summary of their most developed doctoral research paper. Preference will be given to single-authored work. In keeping with our commitment to broad participation, we may limit attendance to one student per institution.
Please submit your proposal by Friday, November 20, 2026 at 11:59 pm PST: consortium application form. The program committee will communicate decisions by December 18.
Logistics
The Doctoral Consortium will take place on the morning of February 17, immediately before the official opening of the OSWC. All consortium participants will be invited to attend the main conference. There is no registration fee for the Doctoral Consortium.
